1. Accounts

No Refunds: All purchases of virtual items are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.
License: You are granted a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to use virtual items within the Service.
Ownership: Virtual items have no real-world value and remain the property of Poke Tama Pets.

3. Gameplay

Gameplay features such as quests, PvP, and PvE are provided “as is.”
We do not guarantee the availability, success, or outcomes of gameplay mechanics.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Harassment, cheating, exploiting bugs, and unauthorized account sharing are prohibited.
Any attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service is strictly prohibited.

5. Payment

Payments for virtual items must be made through authorized payment methods.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poke Tama Pets is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the Service.
